What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12-24 hours will incur a 25% charge, and those made less than 12 hours before will incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount.
